Informative staff, unbeatable location near to the center and most sightseeing points and Lastarria. Our room was stunning and reasonably priced with 2 double beds. Early check-in & incredible service.
The breakfast we ordered was poor, it could definitely be improved.

I had a good experience here, everything was very clean, the location was decent near to Santa Lucia hill and the centre and the trendy spots the other side of Santa Lucia. Above average & quick breakfasts with instant coffee.

I appreciated every detail here, including staff and location, that were fab. The bedroom was upstairs and had an absolutely amazing view on the mountain. It was fairly good with a loft design. Smooth check-in, late check-out.

I loved the hotel, it was hip new and fairly clean. And it also had exceptional view. A market and the shops were right next door. Plus I reached a fine art museum in 10 minutes by foot. Grand lobby...
